NEXT INTERNATIONAL EVENT IN ROSARIO, ARGENTINA: “XXI ENCUENTRO DE VESPA CLUBES”, FROM 10 THROUGH 12 NOVEMBER 2023
October 2023 (G.T.) - The Vespa World Days are the main international event of the Vespa World Club, 64 national Vespa Clubs from all over the world who meet every year to share the Vespa passion. In 2024, the “Vespa World Days 2024 – Terre di Pisa” will be hosted by Pontedera (Pisa province, in Tuscany), the city of the Vespa, the place where it all began, where the most famous and iconic scooter in the world was born in 1946.

It will also be the celebration of Piaggio’s 140th birthday and 100 years of the Pontedera factory, where Vespa has been produced continuously for the past 77 years. The Vespa rally will also be special opportunity to get to know the Lands of Pisa and Tuscany riding your beloved Vespa.

On the Facebook page of the Municipality of Pontedera, the relevant post from Sunday 22 October 2023: “Great news for Pontedera and for the whole territory. The General Assembly of the Vespa World Club, which brings together the clubs of all the nations present in the association, today decided that the next Vespa World Days will be held in Pontedera - Terre di Pisa on 18-21 April 2024. This is a world-class event that will be hosted in the city that saw the birth of the Vespa and which, in those days, will bring over 10 thousand Vespa riders arriving from many countries in Pontedera. A great satisfaction,” is the immediate comment of the Mayor, Matteo Franconi, and the national vice-president of Anci Città dei Motori, Eugenio Leone, “The city will host an event which will attract thousands of visitors and will be a driving force for the whole territory. XXI ENCUENTRO NACIONAL E INTERNACIONAL DE VESPA CLUBS, ROSARIO, ARGENTINA. As organisation of the Vespa World Days 2024 is in full swing, on the other side of the world in Rosario, Argentina, everything is ready for the “XXI ENCUENTRO DE VESPA CLUBS”, scheduled to be held from 10 to 12 November 2023.
Organised by the Rosario Vespa Club in collaboration with the national Vespa Club of Argentina, under the aegis of the Vespa World Club. Here is the rich programme of the three days that gather Vespa fans at each edition from all over Argentina and from the neighbouring nations.
Some of the more significant locations of the rally are the General Consulate of Italy in Rosario, the Museo de la Ciudad, the Monumento Nacional a la Bandera, Sport Adventure (official Vespa dealership in Rosario and sponsor of the rally).
THE ROSARIO VESPA CLUB MEETS THE CONSUL GENERAL OF ITALY, MARCO BOCCHI.
Monday 23 October 2023, headquarters of the Consulate General of Italy in Rosario: meeting with the Consul General Marco Bocchi (first on the left) and a delegation from the Rosario Vespa Club to define the details of the meeting programme. The Consul donated to the club 40 'special edition' polo shirts with the Rosario Vespa Club logo on the front and related writing on the back, which also features the embroidery of the Italian flag and the Italian words Consolato Gnerale d’Italia Rosario (Consulate General of Italy Rosario) on one sleeve. A very welcome gift that expresses appreciation for the club's activity and the consolidated collaboration with the Consulate. Present at the meeting were, in the photos from the left: next to the Consul, Salvador Mateo Ruiz (Vice President), Gabriel Ricco (President), José Pasciullo (Adviser) and Juan Ignacio Dris (Secretary).
