Randy de Leon is a young Philippine with a disability (partially sighted, only in his left eye), an example of courage, willpower and talent. Since he was a small boy, automobiles have been his passion, which he expresses in photography, and, more recently, in writing. In addition to the world of automobiles, Randy also runs a company he set up with a college roommate (the multi-business enterprise Dragonlight Wellness and Solutions (www.facebook.com/dragonlightwellness88).
Randy was present at the launch of the Vespa 946 (RED) in Manila in February, and dedicated an article and photo to the special Vespa, which, in partnership with the (RED) association, helps to combat Aids.
